Crystal Blue Pools has serviced our pool equipment several times over the past few years. Uriel is very knowledgeable and pleasant, and a hard worker who loves his job. He most recently replaced the pump motor at about half the cost estimated by another provider. We are very happy with the services.

They did an amazing job! I was truly impress since the pool was in a very bad condition. I have been using them for a couple of months now, but never had the time to sit down and review them. The first cleaning was about $450 I dont remember exactly, right now I pay $145-$160 montly depending on the additional work required. I also payed for some repairs which I did not think it was a lot. They come to my house on a weekly basis to check chemicals and removed leafs or do any other things that are needed, most of the time the same week day and time of day, if otherwise they will call me and let me know.! Description of work:Crystal Blue cleaned my green pool. We had not used our pool for a couple of months and it was all green! I called several companies before choosing Crystal Blue but no one seem to be interested on doing a green pool because of the amount of time and work it require. A very friendly technician came and removed the green from my pool, took out all the leafs, level the chemicals and did some repairs.

Uriel, an outstanding highly qualified technical specialist from Crystal Blue Pool Service, has diagnosed and fixed several problems with our equipment. For example he found that a mismatch between the impeller (previously installed in error by a Butcher Pool technician) and the motor of the main pump was causing air accumulation in the system, and installed the proper impeller fully correcting the problem. Uriel and also the maintenance personnel who perform routine weekly service on our pool are also very efficient and professional. My wife and I strongly recommend Crystal Blue. Their prices for their excellent service are very reasonable.

We has been using this company for about two months to clean our pool and it hasn’t looked this good in a very long time. Recently we decided our pool light replaced and some electrical work redone since it hadn’t been working for years. The company gave us a quote and we decided to have them do the work. The replacement took longer than anticipated because it was much more complicated and difficult than they thought it would be. The previous replacement had been poorly done. The electrical was rewired and the light replaced and they honored original quote (even though it took longer). Their work was exceptional and I highly recommend this company.

The service team came out and cleaned up the pool, they were done in a flash, they are pet friendly. We have a big harmless outdoor dog, but we kept him inside for the time they took. They said I didn’t need the chemical treatment this time, and the guys also mentioned to me that they’d tell me when it was time. That gave the sense that they were honest and not trying to make a quick buck on me. All in all they are great and I plan on keeping them throughout the pool season.
